This Bordeaux-style red blend shines with red fruits vanilla notes good acidity and lighter tannins. In contrast to our richer Cabernets this wine is lighter in nature overall.

United is a medium-bodied, deep ruby to garnet red blend of Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. After fermentation, the varieties aged separately in neutral oak barrels. Oak addition after blending for 4 weeks prior to bottling introduced mocha notes to the red and black fruit aromas.
